Thank you for your prompt reply. Only the default apps were restored. None of the apps that I downloaded were restored. I can see them on the backup when I clicked on "View".

I had a problem during upgrading my iphone 5s to the new software. Using your tool, I found out that I have a complete backup of my whole iphone. However, when I run restore, I noticed that everything except the apps (and it data like Whatsapp, Pokemon Go, Animal Crossing etc) was restored. Any help...
