Are there any instructions on the installation of 3utools? I downloaded it on my iPad but I can’t install it. Message box says file Not Supported.

Just found this site and looking forward to some serious reading.
I have a 2 iPads, iPad 1 and a iPad Air. I need to do some reading for iPad 1 because there isn’t anything I can do with it. No updates for a few years.
