Just wanted to add to the above, the phone gets very hot as well while its connected for restoring/update.
Have tried changing the cables, the PC, the version of the software etc but nothing has helped.

Hi, I have tried itunes as well as 3U and it always gets stuck on both. Dont know where 3U stores the error log so I could share please. In 3U tools it remain stuck at 20% Sending FDRTrustData. If its a NAND issue then would the existing NAND work after being reprogrammed or a new NAND is needed ple...
