Hmm, you can not download on App Store. Import photos using 3uTools, 3uTools will automatically install it on your device.

It is brand new. Apple may prepare some replacement iPhone. But the replacement policy was changed after iPhone 6s was released. It is about Apple internal replacement policy, to know more, you can ask Apple Support.
