Is your device disabled after you enter wrong passcode for many times?

Error -1 could be caused by usb connection, network connection or hardware problem. You are suggested to get your device check in iPhone repair shop.

Do not select the option "Retain User's Data While Flashing"

Did you forget lockscreen passcode? If so, you could remove it by 3uTools, you can easy flash your device without saving data.
But if it is about Apple ID, 3uTools can not help you.
