Hi,
When I try to jailbreak with 3u tools, after "Checking the quantity of Personal Authorized App" is processed, it fails. I found in a japanese Forum, that I have to uninstall one personal authorized app in iDevice -> Apps. But what is one personal authorized app? How can I find out? Thank you in advance.

I now solved the problem by updating to iOS 12.4.8 and jailbreaking again using 3u tools. Worked fine.
