3Utools seems recognize my device iPad2 (ipad2_4) but unable to load the installed apps. I able to see my file system, photos and etc. but no apps. The button Import and install ipa also inactive.
Also, I don't know how to get Log file of 3Utools, that may be helpful to diagnose the problem.
3uTools version 2.36.026
iTunes installed 12.6.5.3
iPad 2 (ipad2_4); iOS 8.4 JB
I would appreciate your suggestions.
