I am unable to activate my phone.
It says Unable to activate, An update is required to activate your iphone.
Its Iphone 5s and it has latest version of os 12.1

I try to put local sim and its says service not available. Please let me know the procedure once. Will and update.

If you fail to activate your device manually, you may need to ask help from Apple Support.
