Hi,
had made any backups with 3UTools and set a password. now i would make a new backup, but on start backup the typing passwort is incorrect. old backups can open with the password.
had 3UTools reinstall, but same issue. i never change this password. how can i reset the password?

Hi,
did you try it with iTunes? There you can change the password.
The password is stored on your phone, not in 3UTools.

had set a new password in iTunes, but 3UTools says invalid password. for test i used iMazing and all works fine.
i think 3UTools have no permission to anywhere, i start it as administrator.

Yes, same here. AnyTrans also works.
I only update to V2.50, but 2.39 also doesn't work after downgrade.

Have install 3UTools and Itunes driver on other PC, but same issue. I think it's a problem since IOS14 Beta4. Last working update was with Beta3. Other backup apps working without issues.
