Backups not found/ vailed backup

Hello. I have a problem restoring my backup to my iPhone6 after some issue occurred and deleted every single thing was on it.

When I try to “backup management” I cannot find the backup and when I choose “add backup” I find it but a message keeps showing “backups not found”. Any solution for this? I’m so disappoint I tried different software and no one helped me

Hello, did you back up in 3uTools before restoring? You could use "Back up iDevice" in 3uTools, then it would be found in "back up management" after backing up your iPhone
