Bind Apple ID

Hi everyone:
I am using this program to download the apps from Cuba, because from apple store I can not download them. When I try to bind my aple ID the program gives the following error. "Failed to load the app purchase components".
I am using a proxy to access the internet and I tried configuring the connection in 3uTools with the proxy but the same error is still coming out. How can I solve the problem?

You mean your apple ID comes from Cuba? And may I know your 3uTools version? If it is the old version, please update to the latest version 2.09 and download again

Please update to the latest version of 3uTools and bind again, if still can not, please kindly offer the screenshot.

Hello!

Ive just jailbreak my ipad 5.1.1 with 3utools and i ca'nt bind my apple id to download apps...
when i click on BIND displays this message:
"Failed to load the app purchase components."
if anybody can help me!
