Can’t update on low memory

[Swaker]

I ran out of memory on iPhone X and it got loop on apple logo. I tried to update via iTunes but I keep getting Error 14. Also tried pro flash on 3utools but couldn’t complete update after writing filesystem. On my iphone was 14.0.1 but apple don’t sign it anymore so imported 14.1
The cable is new and original. Need to get photos from the phone
