Does 3uTools Install Apple Mobile Device USB Driver?

I downloaded 3uTools v2.20 and seemed to install OK because was able to open without any problems.

Connected a working iPhone but got message "connection timed out". Tried again with same result so checked Device Mgr>Universal Serial Bus... and found no "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver.

Does 3uTools install Apple Mobile Device USB Driver? If not where should I get this driver?

Install iTunes.
