As I mentioned, it could be hardware problem, friend. 3uTools, a software could help to solve problem related to hardware.

This may be caused by USB cable connection, network and baseband. Try to change the usb cable, confirm the network connection.

I have really no clue about this baseband and stuff. It was in some version and updated and it failed. My bad i don't even know what version it was not what i need to do now.

Using a different USB cable may resolve the problem. I think that a broken USB cable may result in the issue sometimes. And you can also try to reboot your computer. Or you can turn off the firewall which may lead to this problem. If these methods do not work, I think you must use some iOS repair tools like TunesKit iOS System Recovery to fix or go to Apple.
