Error blocking spam calls with truecaller premium?

Hi everybody,
I use the truecaller premium app to be able to block some spam calls, but recently when I updated the new version of the app via ios 14.5 beta, I again encountered calls with blocked numbers. Is there a way to work around this. Can someone help me, thanks a lot.
