HELP ipad with mdm lock

I have a mini 4 that’s been factory reset with an mdm lock on it. I attempt to “skip mdm lock” in the toolbox tab but it give me an error code “-212”. “Skip setup” also doesn’t work and pops up “please select the equipment to be operated first”. Any help with making either skip mdm lock or skip setup work would be much appreciated.

Same here... Skip Setup does not work with error message "Please select the equipment to be operated first ~". Even though status shows iDevices can be operated: 1
Skip MDM lock shows error code: 212
Is this software malfunction? Did anyone got it resolved?
