Hey everybody I'm trying to restore my iphone 7 and it keeps stopping at 19% and saying it cant restore ive tried the itunes and the 3utools programs and nothing I really need my phone HELP ME PLEASE

Hello, did you back up your iPhone 7? You can't restore it if you didn't back up in 3uTools, you could refer this tip: http://www.3u.com/tutorial/articles/178 ... -or-itunes

im actually stuck on the restore screen that sshows the little itunes icon so my phone cant be backed up i guess
do you have any advice on that

Dear, that means you stuck on recovery mode, and you can not back up your device on recovery mode. Sorry for that.
