Jailbreak usb Creation in 3uTools ERROR fix request

Hi, Im trying repeatedly to create the checkra1n usb using 3uTools, since latest update as of 18-3-21 cannot get usb created I have tried with default iso (checkn1x) 1.1.4 and also tried with checkn1x 1.16 but both fail with this error message which I looked for in 3uTools error support but was unsuccessful at locating the cause, this is the error message "mirror creation failed error code -5"

Please can some one guide me to fix this problem im having ive tried uninstalling and re-installing 3uTools but still same problem and its a fresh flash of 14.4.1 on iPhone9,4 (7+) ?
