Hi,

I Need help to Downgrade an IPad air 2 device from IOS 11 to IOS 10 without jailbreak, because my office sales application only will work with IOS 10 and jailbrake devices will not get this application activate, please help me, if it possible

Hello,
Sorry, you can not downgrade to iOS 10, because Apple closed it.
