Stuck at 60% while Updating to IOS 14

Hi team as stated in the subject line i have been stuck at 60% while trying to update my phone to IOS 14 the text on the screen says unknown Request (PersonalizedData). It's been stuck like that for the past 10-20 mins now and i am at a loss for what to do at this point. hope to hear from you soon thanks.

I think you can try to hard restart your iPhone, you can search on the internet for how to do it. Or you can use iOS system recovery software to fix it like 3U tool or TunesKit iOS System Recovery(This one is on 40% off!). And it is totally no data loss.

The iPhone was stuck in the upgrade process. RecoveryTool Fix Recoery fixed the problem. I have never tried 3uTools.
