Unable to restore iPad 2

Hi

Having a bit of trouble restoring an ipad 2 which seems to be stuck in some kind of loop. when trying to restore it using 3utools it reaches 19% and then fails. it gives an error message Error:Unable to restore iDevice(-1)

any ideas or help you may be able to provide. i'd really like to get the ipad back up and running

About error (-1)
1. Please unplug and replug your iPhone.
2. Please try to use the back USB port.
3. If the issue still exists after your try several times, it could be a baseband issue. You are suggested to get a technician to check you iPad.
