Why is everyone so surprised over the quick release of new betas?
Every time a new beta phase has been started recently, people are generally shocked and surprised.
It's time to realize that under Tim Cook, iOS updates don't stop at x.1.1 anymore until the next version. It's a non stop process now. There will never be a lull again because it leaves exploits open for too long. We are now in the iOS age of non stop updates. So please expect this and don't be surprised!
