can't import photos

Hi,

Its import photos is not working, after click in I agree it takes a long time and then show an alert with this text "Install Pictools failed. 1 photo(s) import failed."

Also it not install pictools in my iphone 7 plus iOS 13.5

How can I fix this to import photos?
