error shows on flashing

during flashing 3u tools an error is occurred " unable to restore i device (-2)" any help me to solve this issue.............please send full details about this issue how i solve

Hi, thank you for your posting, you may try to use another USB cable, and check your network problem. And may I ask which iOS you were flashing? We can test here

i m use many usb cable . can u tell network problem in details. i m installing 10.3. beta.2 version. pleases help me
