i have iphone 6 on ios 11 latest version and i want to downgrade to ios 9.3.5
can i downgrade ???

No, you can't downgrade anymore, because Apple stops singing iOS 9.3.5 for iPhone 6.
You could connect your iPhone 6 on Easy Flash of 3uTools, then all available firmwares for your iPhone 6 are there. :D
