Hi there,
Could anyone help resolve my problem. I can not open the iDevice Detail on Notepad.
When I click the button Open in Notepad, nothing happens.
How to resolve it. I am using Windows 7 Professional.

Hi, open in notepad is TXT format. Please check have you setted related to some other format in system settings.
And please check your 3uTools cache, and send me a screenshot.

Hi, I can open it directly and it opens in notepad. But I want to open through 3utools option "Open in Notepad" under iDevice Details to view the file. But button not working.

Hi SanGal, To submit image, click Full Editor & Preview above Submit button to expand the editor. Below you will see Attachments button.
