iDevice hasn't installed jaibreak patch "AppSync" message

I have an iPad 2 and downgraded to iOS 6.1.3 with jailbreak.

I installed AFC2 and AppSync, however, I can't install unsigned apps. I get the message below:

iDevice hasn't installed jaibreak patch "AppSync".

I noticed that there are many users with the same problem.

I reinstalled Cydia and the other apps, and the problem remains.

Could someone help me ?
