iOS 14 - Skip MDM Lock - Semi working

So I'm on 14.3. I was successfully able to bypass MDM in the initial setup. However, when I used checkra1n to jailbreak it (yes 14.3 is semi supported by the beta process). It goes back to the "home welcome screen". If click "skip MDA lock" for a second it bypasses the "home welcome screen" and shows the iOS home screen. Then states activation required goes back to the "home welcome screen" and gives an error -212. The device info states it activated.

what it looks like is when the skip MDM does run that with should activate the phone right when it executes the payload and exits to the ios 'home screen'

any help would be helpful.

also, when you try to toolbox > skip setup. in this interface. 3utools doesn't let you select the device.
