iPhone 5S Restore stuck at 20% Sending NORData

Hi,
I have an iPhone 5S A1533 stuck on Apple logo (infinite loop).
Trying to restore it using 3utools but also not possible.
Always stop at 20% Sending NORData... and in the end "ERROR: unable to restore iDevice(-1)"
Any salvation to this piece of shit?

For iPhone Apple logo issue and restore error -1, Joyoshare iPhone system recovery[/url] can repair without data loss. I tested it by myself.

I tried it, didn't work for my device.
