Telegram Messenger? If you just install apps from 3uTools, you don't need to install 3uTools on your device.
In order to help you better, we need more information. May I know what is your iPhone?

i installed app for my customer in shop maybe 5s or 6 ...
if u want mor info i send a video for my problem

when i open the app it closed as i said before and not working i have to unintsall it and install the app with device without pc

Dear, according to our testing team, after they installed telegram messenger on 3uTools, they can normally run this app.
