iphone 4s flashing fails.

I used 3utool to flash disabled iphone 4s at first attemt it go to 80% and show a error that cant send baseband data unable to flash.
I tryed again and same happen. I tryed again and this time it fails around 11% to 13% some time show nand error and an another error. What to do now. I phone is now starting in dfu mode.

Dear, you tried many times and the same error happens? If so, it may be the hardware problem on your iPhone 4s. You need to check the hardware of your device.

How it can be a hardware problem sir? Iphone was working before flashing but it was disabled due to wrong password. And i was trying to remove password by flashing frimware

Now my iphone turn on and turn of in dfu that is on screen connect to itune is labled can i get it to working condition any way?

Please restore on 3uTools again, and don't select the option "Retain User's Data While Flashing".
If you meet the error, please send me the screenshot of the error on 3uTools.
