Futurerestore missing files

Dear 3U team
I want to thank you for your efforts very much.
However, I would like to inform you that I try to downgrade my Ipad2,4 IOS 9.3.5 to IOS 6.1.3 but I can't enter into KDFU mode with "futurerestore" because on my windows when I open it says "can not proceed because libcrypto-1_1 dll was not found" also in another window says " zlib1 dll was not found"! Attached photo!
