Iphone 5 Baseband flashing error

My Iphone 5 A1429 keeps freezes on 99% on itunes or 3ut00ls. It hangs on "Flashing Baseband" and after some time fails. Please help as now i even can't boot the phone.

My Iphone 5 was on Ios 10.2.1 and now i was trying to flash 10.3.1 using ipsw file.

Okay, sir.
If iTunes and 3uTools shows you the same error, your iDevice may probably have hardware issue-> baseband issue. You're suggested to ask help form an iPhone repairman.

Actually itunes doesn't show any error unlike 3utools. It just hangs and nothing happens after then.

And also before flashing the phone was always searching carrier.

I think it is the hardware issue probably.
* Change another USB cable to flash iDevice.
* Change another PC and flash iDevice.
If the problems persists, you'd better ask help from iPhone repairer.
