*Launch Cydia from home screen.
*Navigate to Changes tab from the bottom.
*Tap on Refresh on the top left corner and wait for new packages to reload.
*Once all new packages reloaded Cydia will give you Essential Upgrade prompt, tap on Complete Upgrade to download the latest Cydia 1.1.30 package.
Sometimes Cydia doesn’t prompt you with Essential Upgrade prompt, simply search for Cydia Installer package in Cydia manually and tap on Modify > Upgrade to update your Cydia Installer package to latest Cydia 1.1.30 version.
