What is the best iOS management software?

I currently using iTunes on my Windows computer in order to transfer files between my iPhone and PC. But the iTunes is working out order sometimes and I is not allows to share files from the PC. So I need to know is there any alternatives for iTunes or how to solve my problem on iTunes.
