V2.31 3uTools is released to fix photos import problem!

Finally, V2.31 3uTools is updated to fix photos import on iOS 12.1 or later versions.
1. 3u 'PicTools' is released with support to import photos.
2. Enable Wi-Fi connection (on Toolbox - Accessibility).
3. Add support to import live photos.
4. Fix some bugs.

Hmm, you can not download on App Store. Import photos using 3uTools, 3uTools will automatically install it on your device.

That is the same problem I have, you can not find PicTools on the app store, so how can I use 3uTools to import photos? Please help?

When you import photos using 3uTools, 3uTools will automatically install Pictools on your device. You could not find it in App Store.

Hi,

Its not working, after click in I agree it takes a long time and then show an alert with this text "Install Pictools failed. 1 photo(s) import failed."

Also it not install pictools in my iphone 7 plus iOS 13.5

How can I fix this to import photos?
