Iphone 6 - Stuck during IOS update/restore

Hi All,
Yesterday i had tried to update/restore (iphone 6), but it is stuck in screen where it is the cable icon. nothing move forward. Everytime it is downloading the 2.97 GB files and it is stopped with error 1403.

Kindly help to rectify it ASAP.

Hi, if you can't download firmware on 3uTools. You can download on 3uTools website and import to 3uTools.

If one were to hex edit not that one would, where would one achieve a list of hex values and their correlated items?
