Used 3u to update to ios 14 beta 1

So I used 3u to update to ios 14 beta 1 back when you still needed a developer profile to update as I was having trouble with the profiles that had been leaked. now I want to update to the public release of ios 14 and I'm having trouble getting past the agree to tos when updating in settings. I am going to try backing up my iPhone and restoring it to try and get it to an actual release of ios 14 but is there anyone else that has had this problem and could tell me something else to try before I do this and risk losing my data? thanks.
