problem updating iphone 4
hello i tried to update iphone 4 from ios 7.0.1 to ios 7.1.2 using itunes and i got error message 9; i tried a lot of tools and everyone got stuck at 20%, including 3utools.(using easy flash); when i use pro flash, i got this error:(check the attachment); the iphone worked fine before the update, so i guess it shouldn`t be a hardware problem. also, the iphone is a 8gb model but all the software (including itunes) see it like a normal a1332 and iphone 3,1 version and do not let me use the 8gb software. please, help!

Hello friend, your iPhone worked fine before update, it does not mean it could not be hardware problem. If you fail to restore your device using so many tools, you should check out the hardware.

Re: problem updating iphone 4
Using iTunes to update iPhone will have many unknow problems and it has the risk in losing data on the device. So to update your iPhone without data loss and in the safest way, you are recommended to employ an iOS system recovery tool named TunesKit iOS System Recovery. It could repair 50 kinds of iOS issues such as stuck problems, screen issues, iTunes error, etc.
