Can I downgrade?
I'm on a iPhone 6 running ios 10.2.1 and I want to have a jailbreak on ios 10.2. Can I downgrade to 10.2 without any shsh blobs using this tool?

No, you can not downgrade to the firmware which Apple stopped signing.
