Iphone activation problems after reset factory.

Does anyone know when the activation issued will solved? Already 3 month I don't use my iPhone. Always stuck on:
Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in few minutes.

Already try all things. Go nearby phone store, contact carrier, contact Apple support, activate via iTunes. THE PROBLEMS STILL SAME.

Hello, we received a lot of feedbacks about the issue, did Apple support center provide any solution for you?
We think maybe the problem is come from Apple server or your iPhone chipset.
One of our users check the chipset from repair center, and then he can activate his iPhone.

I don't think I having problem with chipset. Because this a fresh iPhone just for 3 month old. I already contacted Apple support, they said the problems may occur from the carriers. So, I contact my carrier and my SIM cleared from SIMlock. I think we should wait for next release of iOS like the old one iOS. Thank you for the concern.
