Erase iOS 10.3.x 64bit

I'm on iOS 10.3.3 iPhone 6 but I used v0rtex injector and my phone randomly reboot or when I reboot it manually it goes back to activation screen so is there's a way to restore without update? Like something similar like cydia eraser but for this version I already have my shsh blobs for iOS 10.3.3 all the way up to 11.2.1!
Pc or without pc manual or not is still good!

It activates without a problem but it reboots randomly and puts me back on activation screen that's why I need to restore and rejailbreak
