6S Stuck on Apple Screen

My first post to this forum, so hello to everyone.

I have an iPhone 6S stuck on the Apple Logo. Phone is recognized by iTunes and asks for the usual 'trust' confirmation. I can enter both DFU and restore in 3uTools. After flashing the phone 3uTools thinks the phone has been fixed but we are still on the Apple logo screen. I have tried flashing about 5 times with different firmware but get the same result. I have never jailbroken a phone and wonder if this might get me any further. We do need to retain user data.

Which firmware you were flashing?
1.You could back up your iPhone before flashing if you can turn on iPhone 6s.
2.Or set your Device into Recovery mode flash in 3uTools or iTunes again.

Tried 3 different firmwares. Cannot backup the phone as we can't enter the pass code. Tried both in dfu and restore mode. Same result.

That's werid, but I have to say 3uTools can't help you unlock passcode whatever retain data or not. I think it probably hardware problem if you can't flash, you may consider contact with Apple or other mobile repair sevice

If I misunderstood about that, you could post your problem with some error screenshots in 3uTools users group:https://www.facebook.com/groups/3uTools/

There are no error messages. 3uTools says the firmware upgrade has been successful so there is nothing to post.

Use TunesKit iOS System Recovery to be honest, as iPhone stuck on Apple Logo or white screen are among the main targets of this software. Normally, resolving this problem only requires the Standard mode, which can restore your iPhone without data loss.

The free and quick method is force factory reset, but it depends.

You can force factory reset iDevice to fix the problem, but it will erase all data on iDevice.
