iPhone 4 SHSH blobs not uploading

I have a iPhone 4 with iOS 4.2.6. I tried to backup shsh blobs from idevice using 3utools but every time I do it gives me a error saying that "uploading files is wrong". I am not sure if this is a issue with the 3utools server. I have been able to backup other iPhone 4 blobs on different firmwares. If I cannot upload these blobs to the 3utools server does anyone know where 3utools temporary stores the blobs?

Can you query shsh in 3uTools? It probably network problem
