Thanks for the great tips and all!
Little issue when selecting the purple Feedback Icon on the iphone: I get the message: "You are not enrolled in any IOS beta programmes"
and can't implement the deactivation of the update..............
What to do?

So, if you want to receive an iOS update from Apple, you could uninstall the profile on Settings. The "Feedback" icon would disappear.
