I had a problem during upgrading my iphone 5s to the new software. Using your tool, I found out that I have a complete backup of my whole iphone. However, when I run restore, I noticed that everything except the apps (and it data like Whatsapp, Pokemon Go, Animal Crossing etc) was restored. Any help to restore the apps and its data will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You mean after the app data is not saved after you restore?
On Backup & Restore feature, 3uTools could help you backup apps list and some data of app. But we are not sure which part of data could be restored exactly.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Only the default apps were restored. None of the apps that I downloaded were restored. I can see them on the backup when I clicked on "View".

If you want to backup apps on 3uTools, you need to bind Apple ID to 3uTools, and if the apps are not available on 3uTools app source, you can not restore them.

As long as you can open your backup files , and the deleted app can be detected on backup files , you just click "Recover" to restore the app ,

You mean you cannot restore social app data to your new iPhone from old iPhone 5?
