Cant access internet after unsuccessful installation of phoenix.

as given in Semi-untethered iOS 9.3.5 Jailbreak on 3uTools tutorial
I've done untill trusting. once it added to trusted but then I removed both app and trusted. Now I can't access internet (neither by wifi nor by cellular)

plz help

Remove both apps, you mean Phoenix and Cydia?
