rename shutter sound file without jailbreak?

Hello Seniors,
anyone know how to rename shutter sound file inside apple system without jailbreak?
currently installed 11.2.6 and it's can't jailbreak with 3uTools still, or any solution to go back to 11.1.2 then jailbreak and change the file?
I'm using 3rd party camera apps called Capera and Shutter Button but they are not featured like the stock camera.

I think you should jailbreak to rename it. And sorry to tell you that, you can not downgrade back to ios 11.1.2 till now.
