Am new to Apple Mobile Devices and am beginning to understand why Mac users do Not like using Windows!!!
Have not had any problems installing 3uTools first on WinXP and then Win7.
My problem has been trying to install Apple Mobile Device USB Driver on both ver of Windows!!!
Somehow even installing iTunes does not install Apple Mobile Device USB Driver on these Windows PCs.
Even tried manually installing by right click on usbaapl(dot)inf and selecting install. WinXP did not give any error message but when used Win Device Mgr found Apple Mobile Device USB Driver was Not added to USB drivers.
When tried this on Win7 got error message "The INF file you selected does not support this method of installation"

Since posting have done some searches and found many others are having this problem.

How do you request New 3uTools Features?

After you install iTunes, and then you can use 3uTools normally manage your device. Hope you have a good day.
