I've been using 3utools off and on to downgrade iPhone whenever a new update is causing issues. I went to go use it today due to iOS 11.4 cause issues on an iPhone 7 and all the options I'm getting are iOS 11.3 and 11.4 beta. Am I missing something or? Ive been looking on the forum and didn't see anything either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On Easy Flash page of 3uTools, you could flash all available versions for your iPhone.
After connecting your iPhone 7, you could see iOS 11.3 and iOS 11.4 beta currently.
You can't downgrade to other iOS, as Apple has closed other signing firmware.
